We were talking on Thursday about the trilogy so I did some checking. Inkdawn is the name of the third book, but it won't be out until SPRING 2008! Ouch!

I don't think the title fits together, but it sounds really interesting!! I think it might have something to do with dawn never coming or that something, good or bad, will happen.
ican't wait until then! that is way toooooooo long. I agree with MAB that the title doesn't fit together. Anyway I am going to chack the other blogs and see how much everyone else is blogging. tell you on the next blog!
O MY GOSH! What does Cornelia Funke think she is doing? Boring her readers to death? Or... Anyway I cannot wait. I would like to learn more about Inkdawn, so Mrs. B could you pleas post more information on the blogs? Thanks!
NAZ-Are you bored with Inkspell, or do you mean you'll die of boredom before Inkdawn hits the shelves?
Anyway, here is part of an interview I found about Inkdawn:
This is what Cornelia told us so far about "Inkdawn", the third part of her "Inkheart" trilogy:
"I have more than 700 script pages - which approximates the length of "Inkspell". "Inkdeath" does not go with the story anymore. The final title will be "Inkdawn".
"Inkdawn" will start only a few weeks after the second part of the trilogy has ended - near Ombra - and you will meet again almost all characters from "Inkspell", joined by two new glass men and some more robbers. Some characters are going to play a more decisive role, such as Violante, Resa, and primarily Orpheus. This time, starting from Ombra the story will move north, not south, and ... well, I should not give away much more so far.
Presently I make provisions for the third revision"
*ALSO-don't forget to answer the questions I added earlier this weekend.
Mrs. B I mean I will die with boredom, but after reading the interview I think it might just might be worth the wait. I also founded some pictures from the movie Inkheart I will give you the link: http://www.corneliafunke.de/en/film/film-116.html
Thanks NAZ those pics are awesome! They have me jumping out of my seat to go see the movie, but I know it's not out yet! Hurry up producers, before I die of waiting! Mrs.B, I don't think any of the characters look like who they should be playing! I always imagined Elinor with gray hair and chubby. I imagined Dustfinger as having dark hair. That is not how I imagined Mo, and I imagined Meggie with reddish hair.
Most of the characters dont look like they do in my minds eye. Dustfinger looks exactly how I pictured him; Elinor though looks like a crazy gipsy or Strolling Player. I really wish the producers would make the movie as close to the book as possible. I have found after a little bit of digging a website with the pictures of the actors without makeup and costumes. Here is the link: http://www.corneliafunke.de/en/film/film-82.html . Tell me what you think. Which actors look better with makeup and costumes? Which ones dont?

Thanks for the pics, NAZ! Mo does not look like he does in my head, but Dustfinger is almost right on. What do you girls think?
